Terms and Conditions for Purchases:

 

Cancellations for meeting or seminar registrations, golf tournaments, etc. are subject to a 20% administration fee. Name changes can be made at no charge online or by emailing info@omca.com.  There are no refunds after the cut off date.  For 2010 annual conference the refund cut off date is September 25th.   For 2010 Golf Tournament the cut off for refunds is August 6th, 2010.

 

All custom orders for publications (imprinted with carrier’s name) are non refundable. There is no refund on membership dues, driver handbooks or Drivers Licenses Status Check products.

 

We will refund purchase price on all returned unused generic log books and daily inspection reports but shipping charges for such are non refundable. Sponsorship fees are refundable only if the event/publication does not take place.
