When are my Appointments?
PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING WHEN BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATIONS:

ALL DMO'S (Destination Marketing Organizations):
Your marketplace appointments will take place on Sunday, October 21st and Monday October 22nd. Therefore, although it is not NECESSARY for you to remain at this event after Monday - you are more than welcome to take advantage of the sessions and networking events that will take place after that point, which include Open Marketplace and Buyer / Seller Round Table and the Annual Awards Dinner on the Monday evening.
ALL SELLERS (excluding DMO's):
Open Marketplace and Buyer / Seller Round Table are on Monday, October 22nd. Your marketplace appointments will take place on Tuesday October 23rd, and all day Wednesday October 24th.
ALL BUYERS (Tour Operators): Your marketplace appointments are continuous throughout the entire Marketplace & Conference, beginning the morning of Sunday, October 21st and ending the end of the day Wednesday, October 24th!
Round Table Information - The Buyer Seller Round Table is an opportunity for like suppliers to discuss best practices with tour operators. If you have not already registered email laura@omca.com to register.
Closing Night Event - OMCA has added a closing night event which is open to all delegates.
