Marketplace

The OMCA Marketplace is the premier event in Canada for North American packaged travel. Over a period of 4 days buyers and sellers will meet face to face during the 7 minute pre-scheduled appointments, that's 19,000 appointments in total! OMCA works on the basis of a reversed Marketplace where buyers sit at predetermined booths and sellers move around the Marketplace floor.

Buyers

Early Bird (before July 31st):$280 plus HST

Regular (after July 31st): $380 plus HST

Let your business pay for itself this year with the rebate program. Tour Operators who fulfill the following requirements will receive a rebate off registration, or 4 nights accommodation at the host hotel(s)*.

       -update and complete online profile

       -provide 3 brochures or similar in advance (3 weeks prior to Conference)

       -attend all pre-scheduled appointments .

Sellers

First delegate appointment taking:$980 plus HST

Second delegate non-appointment taking: $490 plus HST

(*Management Group and National Chain members will be registered as the company listed on the membership; a separate membership and registration is needed for individual hotels or restaurants that are part of those memberships to retain that individual company name.)

Coach Operators

Coach Operators:$450 plus HST

One day coach operator seller (Wednesday only-in addition to regular coach operator fee) $150

Product & Services: $450 plus HST

Additional Guests (non-delegates; prices are per guest, plus HST)

Awards Dinner Ticket: $125

President's Reception $75
