July 15th: Deadline for Buyers Early Bird

September 25th: Refunds for Cancellations Ends
(Cancellations Made Prior to September 4th are Entitled to an 80% Refund. There are NO Refunds Given AFTER September 25th)


September 14th: On-line Appointment Selection Begins

September 24th:  Appointment Selection Ends


September 29th: The Sheraton On The Falls room rates  are Only Guaranteed Up to and Including this Date


October 4th: Preliminary Appointment Schedules Posted Online-End of Day

October 4th to 11th: Additional Appointment Requests Accepted

October 8th:Deadline for Submission of Silent Auction Donation Forms in Order to be Included in the Catalog.

October 20th: Deadline for Buyers to Submit their Brochures to OMCA Office

October 23rd: Silent Auction Items Must be Received at the OMCA Office, please notify us if you plan on bringing your donation with you to the conference. info@omca.com or 416-229-6622 x 221

October 15th: Final Appointments Schedules Posted

October 31st to November 3rd: OMCA Annual Marketplace & Conference
