The Annual OMCA Conference & Marketplace is the premier event in Canada for North American Packaged, Group and F.I.T Travel. This is a great opportunity to market your company to operators who attend this prestigious Conference & Marketplace. With our varied sponsorship levels, you decide how much exposure you need.

Level 1 Sponsorships

  • 1/4 Page ad in Conference Program $420 + 13% HST - For members who want to make an impression but don’t have the budget for a larger sponsorship.
  • 1/2 Page ad in Conference Program $825 + 13% HST
  • Full Page Ad in the Conference Program $1575 + 13% HST
  • Reserved Table at Awards Dinner $680 - Reserve your table at the OMCA Awards dinner. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to invite guests.
  • Delegate Kit insertion-All Delegates $680 - Help delegates remember your company by providing a promotional item in their delegate kits. Does not include cost of promotional item.
  • Insert into Buyer Binders $450 - Buyers are given a binder with alphabetical tabs to keep profiles of all suppliers they meet. Have your profile stuffed into all buyer kits before the Conference!

Level 2 Sponsorships
Level 2 Sponsorships include: a 1/3 page ad in the conference program, Thank you in REPORT (Buyer) Newsletter, sponsor ribbon, recognition on the OMCA website, access to buyer mailing list in an excel format and listing on thank you to sponsors sign at Conference.

  • Appointment Selection Website $1260 - Throughout the summer and fall months this is high traffic area for all conference delegates.
  • Buyer Table Drops $1310 - Deliver a gift to the buyers at their tables. There will be one table drop per Marketplace session.
  • Message Centre $1575 - Have your logo appear on every message centre note and signage. Notes are delivered to buyers.
  • LCD Screen for Appointments (power point at announcers desk) $1630 -Have your name and logo appear on all pages of the current appointment screen at Marketplace.
  • Room Drops $2340 per drop - Have a gift delivered to your customer. One drop per evening. Three drops available.
  • Buyer & Seller Appointment Books $2625 - Have your company name and logo grace the cover of every marketplace appointment book-800 books!
  • Open Marketplace $2625 - Sponsor the Open Marketplace. Includes your logo on signage, stickers and sign up sheets.
  • Silent Auction Grand Finale Reception $3675 - Highlight your company during the Silent Auction Grand Finale Reception.
  • Email/Internet Café $4410 - Have your logo in front of all delegates on the screens of the email and message centre computer screens.

 

Level 3 Sponsorships
Level 3 Sponsorships include all level 2 benefits, added value benefits, booth in sponsors lounge at Marketplace, presentation time at the event, reserved table at Awards dinner, 1/3 of a page ad
becomes 1/2 of a page.

  • Breakfast - sold $6000 - Highlight your area, property or region. This breakfast includes the cost of a basic menu and 15 minute presentation
  • Lunches - sold $8000 - Highlight your area, property or region. This lunch includes the cost of a basic menu and a 15 minute presentation time. All décor, menu upgrades and AV is the responsibility of the sponsor. Price is based on the cost of lunch for buyers only. All lunch functions are all delegate.
  • Awards Dinner Partial Sponsorship $8400 - This opportunity provides high exposure to the sponsor, with recognition on the screens at the Awards Dinner and recognition at the event. 3 sponsorships available.
  • Closing Night Event Partial Sponsorship $5000 -Make a lasting impression with this closing night sponsorship. Have signage around the event and a chance to address all delegates. 3 sponsorships available.
