Who Can Join?
If you're thinking about becoming a member of OMCA, the first thing we need to determine is what type of membership application does your organization fall into? In order to determine that, the following will outline all the different OMCA membership types and the specific requirements.
What is a Bus Operator? Any individual, partnership, company or corporation lawfully engaged in the business of transporting persons for hire in motor vehicles.
What is a Tour Operator? Any individual, partnership, company or corporation, lawfully engaged in the arrangements of motor coach tours may be admitted to the Association upon payment of the prescribed assessment if said membership is, and continues to be sponsored by a member of the Association. Said member must abide by the applicable Province/State and Federal laws and regulations where it is domiciled or where it does business.
What is a Supplier Member? Any individual, partnership or corporation that is an accommodation, attraction, food service provider, destination marketing organization, retailer or tour service provider.
What is a Bus Products and Services Member? Any individual, partnership, company or corporation lawfully engaged as a motor bus or coach manufacturer, tire and accessory manufacturer, body refurbisher, oil and gasoline producer and refiner or distributor or any other firms or corporations having dealings of a general nature with the operating company members of the Association including consultants, lawyers, accountants or financiers.
