2020 OMCA Virtual Marketplace

OMCA Marketplace has always been a useful tool in creating industry connections, sharing passions, growing businesses, and connecting with friends. These actions are more important now than ever as our entire industry puts their pieces back together and rebuilds what tourism means to them.

In order to deliver these powerful connections during these difficult times, we needed a platform that is both accessible and affordable. For this reason, we have decided to offer a virtual marketplace in 2020. We are keeping the most important aspects of the OMCA Marketplace intact: the face-to-face timed appointments and open socials – Details below.

Please note that every detail is subject to change as we may make adjustments to create the perfect experience for our members. Please have mercy on us – we are learning as we go.


*Note: Members with outstanding invoices will be unable to register until their dues are paid in full.



Supplier members must be current members with an account in good standing in order to attend. To become a member or inquire about your membership status, please contact info@omca.com.

Sellers can be any member type that wishes to have one-on-one appointments with Tour Operators.
*Note: Management Group and National Chain members will be registered as the company listed on the membership; a separate membership and registration are needed for individual hotels or restaurants that are part of those memberships to retain that individual company name.

  • Canadian Delegates: $300 CDN
    • Includes access to the virtual marketplace and appointments
  • U.S. Delegates: $250 USD
    • Includes access to the virtual marketplace and appointments

Without the Silent Auction or the Party With A Purpose, which are live events, we are unable to do our fundraising as elaborately as normal. However, there is an opportunity when registering for the Virtual Marketplace to make a donation of your choosing to the OMCA Development Fund.

The overall purpose of the Fund is to champion the development of:

  • Students pursuing a career in the motor coach and tour/travel industry
  • Awareness of the motor coach and tour/travel industry as a whole

This monetary support helps to provide:

  • Aid in student school trips or students unable to afford participation.
  • The development of seminars and workshops to educate and train industry personnel.
  • Funding of research to enhance the awareness of the industry and assist in the development of new markets for members.
  • Promoting the use of motor coach tours for both educational and leisure purposes.
  • Gifts or awards to individuals enrolled in industry-related programs in accredited institutions.

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.
