We have expanded our event beyond membership and are welcoming non-members to register and experience the benefits of our unique show. Non-member registrations do not receive the member discount, cannot participate in the buyer hotel rebate program, and can have only one representative per company. More details are available below:

Member Pricing

To register with member pricing, all OMCA 2024 membership dues must be paid.

Member Seller Registration:

  • Canadian Appointment-Taking Registration: $995 CAD
  • Canadian Appointment-Sharing Registration (2nd delegate): $550 CAD
  • U.S. Appointment-Taking Registration: $895 USD
  • U.S. Appointment-Sharing Registration (2nd delegate): $500 USD

Member Buyer Registration:

Buyer registration includes a full appointment schedule, access to buyer breakfasts, access to all-delegate lunches and evening events, and participation OMCA’s conditional accommodation rebate program.

  • Tour Operators meeting minimum appointment requirements: FREE!
    • Buyers must complete or update their online profile (available at the time of registration).
    • Appointment-taking delegates must take a full set of appointments with a minimum of 95 appointments over the 2-day live marketplace
    • If you choose not to have a full set of appointments or, alternatively, do not meet the minimum of 95 appointments, there will be a $350 charge to attend.

Member Coach Operator Registration

  • With Appointments: $650*
  • Without Appointments: $500*

Member Products & Service Registration

  • P&S Registration: $500*

*Coach Op and P&S registrations are charged in the currency of the company address on file.

Non-Member Pricing

Non-Member Seller Registration
For non-member tourism suppliers such as accommodations, attractions, or retail stores. Includes appointments with tour operators and access to all-delegate events and meals.

  • Appointment-Taking Registration: $1,595*

Non-Member Buyer Registration
For non-member tour operators that build and sell packaged travel. Registration includes a full appointment schedule, access to buyer breakfasts, and access to all-delegate lunches and evening events.
Future member buyer registration does not include OMCA’s accommodation rebate program.

  • Tour Operator (Buyer) registration: FREE (with the below conditions)
    • Buyers must complete or update their online profile (available at the time of registration).
    • Must take a complete set of appointments with a minimum of 95appointments over the 2-day live marketplace
    • If you do not meet the above requirements, there will be a $495 charge to attend.

Non-Member Coach Operator Registration

  • Coach Operator Registration: $1,150*

Non-Member Products & Service Registration

  • P&S Registration: $1,150*

* Non-member registrations are charged in the currency of the company’s country of operations. Non-members may have only one delegate per company.
