Ontario Motor Coach Association (OMCA) and Motor Coach Canada (MCC) were excited to host our first Group Tour Industry Regional Meet-Ups in Montreal on March 11th and Quebec City on March 12th, 2026.
Despite the unexpected ice storm, we are grateful to the members who could make it safely to the event.
These exclusive networking events brought together tour operators, motor coach carriers, and group-friendly suppliers in Montreal and Quebec for an evening of meaningful connection, collaboration, and industry engagement.
It was a chance to engage with influential leaders in the group tour sector, reinforce current collaborations, establish new connections, gain insights into OMCA initiatives and member advantages, as well as exchange ideas and investigate potential business prospects.
For our Montreal event, the associations would like to thank our members Brenda Plumb, Samantha Bahrke and Malak Khoudeir at the Hotel Le Cantile Suites for hosting our event and providing the perfect space to talk and network with fellow peers. The service was excellent; the food was delicious.
In Quebec City, we would like to thank our member Annie Rivard of Nadeau Groupe Hotelier for hosting our meetup in the Restaurant La Fenouillière, located in the Best Western Premier Hotel Aristocrate. The Food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was intimate and perfectly designed for encouraging conversation and camaraderie.
We truly thank all the members who safely braved the ice storm to join us for these industry nights. We look forward to more events like these in the future to bring members and group tour industry partners together.
