Meal & Event Sponsorships

Breakfast

Use this time to share a presentation about your organization and what it has to offer group tours. This sponsorship includes a showcase booth if desired.

Lunch

Use this time to highlight your organization and what it can offer groups travelling in North America. WOW the audience with spectacular entertainment to make it an experience to remember. This sponsorship includes a showcase booth if desired.

Evening Event

Host an all-delegate evening reception to get everyone’s attention. WOW the group travel industry with entertainment, activities, food and beverages to make a name for yourself at the OMCA Marketplace. No money is paid to OMCA, the cost of this sponsorship is covering the event costs for an evening event. This sponsorship includes a showcase booth, if desired.

Host the coach operators with an intimate, operator-only reception.

Host the tour operators with an intimate, operator-only reception following their education sessions. This sponsorship includes a showcase booth if desired.

Keep OMCA board members fueled by providing breakfast during their early meeting on November 3rd. The sponsor will receive visual and verbal recognition during this private meeting.

Showcase Booth (add-on, no additional delegate)

MEMBERS ONLY: Appointment-taking sellers can add a showcase booth to their registration! Certain sponsorships already include this booth. This option is for sellers who wish to get extra exposure with a showcase booth.

This does not include an additional delegate to be in the booth. Additional delegates can register for 550 CAD/500 USD

Electrical for Buyer Booths

OMCA Buyers are using laptops and tablets more and more often for their appointments, however, event AV is not always accessible. Save the day by providing electrical supply for all buyer’s booths so that the buyers can power their electronics with ease! Sponsor recognition will be displayed in each buyer booth.
